Registration
Module |
| |
Supports
the setup of cards and recording of data associated with
new, returning, and departing camp guests. Various data
related to the guests room preference, work schedule,
work shift, room transfers, and employer can be recorded
for segmented reporting and billing.

| |
 |
Accommodation
Module |
| |
|
Supports the daily transactions related to room occupancies,
including the recording of:
- sleeps,
- no-sleeps,
- occupied rooms,
- unoccupied rooms,
- and room status (vacant, linen change required,
or maintenance required).
Reporting includes room status, guest history, and
camp occupancy information.

| |
 |
FoodService
Module |
| |
Supports
the starting and stopping of meal services throughout
a given day. Proximity cards record the passing of camp
guests into a dining facility. Cards are authenticated
for valid use and invalid cards, or cards used more than
once per meal service, are flagged for further investigation.
Also supports casual diners who have not been issued a
proximity card. Real-time traffic volume graphs show peaks
in volume to support timely food preparation. Sufficient
transactional data is stored to perform historical analysis
of traffic patterns to assist in food service staffing
and preparation. Breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner
food services are supported.

The System Manager provides the ability to configure
a camp's business rules and requirements. Some of the
configuration functions supported are:
- work schedule templates,
- work shifts,
- days-on/days-off,
- system users,
- work holidays,
- volume-based housing rate charges,
- volume-based meal rate charges,
- camp contractors,
- camp subcontractors,
- dorms, rooms,
- room status,
- and contract details.
The User Setup feature provides user validation requiring
proximity card scanning to use system modules. Access
can be granted to a user to permit access to all, or
individual, modules.

Invoicing
Module |
|
|
|
Provides detailed and segmented invoicing for both
accommodation and catering services. Supports the inclusion
of additional charges at the time of invoice preparation,
if so required.
Reporting includes:
- accommodation boardsheets and foodservice boardsheets
by guest, contractor, and subcontractor in both detail
and summary formats,
- invoices by contractor or sub-contractor in summary
and detail charge formats.
Once invoices have been generated and posted, transactional
data in the Accommodation and FoodService modules are
locked-down preventing editing.
